Scholarship for Postgraduate Research by Sir James McNeill
A fully funded international fellowship, the Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Fellowship 2025–2026. This fellowship is available for research studies at the master's and doctoral levels. A $36,800 annual living allowance, a $550 moving expense, and a $1,500 annual research allowance are all included in this scholarship.
In honor of the late Sir James McNeill, who had a long association with Monash University, the Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship (SJMN) was established. It is backed by a personal trust.

Sir JAMES MCNEILL POST GRADUATE RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
The following requirements must be satisfied by applicants in order to be eligible for the Sir James McNeill Postgraduate Research Scholarship:- English is a required language.
- IELTS: (6.5) overall (no band lower than 6.0); TOEFL: (79+); Reading: 13, Listening: 12, Speaking: 18, and Writing: 21; IELTS: (6.5) overall (no band less than 6.0).
- IELTS standards for arts, business, and economics are (7) overall with no band lower than 6.5 and (94+). Writing 24, Speaking 20, and Reading 19 on the TOEFL
- All nations in the world are eligible.
