Singapore Scholarships for International Students, Fully Funded 2025

 Overview of Singapore's overseas student scholarships: 

Foreign students who excel in their undergraduate and/or graduate studies and who have a burning desire to conduct research leading to a doctorate (PhD) in Science and Engineering at a Singaporean university are given the distinction of SINGA. 

The Singaporean government is inviting students from all around the world to apply for this scholarship to study for a Master's or a PhD at Singaporean universities.

This fully funded scholarship is available to students from all over the world who want to study in Singapore. 

Since the fellowship is fully supported, includes a wide choice of research majors, and is open to all countries, a language certificate is not required when applying for it. 


The award offers around 950 scholarships, which are distributed among more than 100 different nationalities.

AWARDS & DELIVERY ASSESSMENTS

Delivery The entire course is taught in Singapore. The Nanyang Institute of Management will make its resources and local lecturers available to students. Lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, and presentations will all be included. In addition, students could be assigned extra work to do outside of class hours. Lecture notes and recommendations for additional reading in books, publications, articles, and websites will be among the resources and materials offered to students.
The UWS Online MBA World, a dynamic, hybrid, virtual learning center, facilitates learning and exchange by providing chances for students to interact and contribute globally within their modules.

Assessments 

Project ideas, reports, business plans, essays, case studies, presentations, online thread discussions, journals, diaries, learning logs, and/or syndicated work are just a few examples of the individual and/or group assignments that make up assessments.

Awards

The University of the West of Scotland will grant a Master of Business Administration degree to a student who successfully completes all necessary modules. The degree granted will be identical to that given to university students enrolled on campus.

Institutional Host: The main research institutions where students can choose to conduct their research are the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Amount of the Scholarships Covered:

Up to S$1,500* in one-time airfare grants and S$1,000* in one-time relocation aid 

After passing the qualifying examination, the monthly stipend of S$2200 will increase to S$2,700.

Scholarships worth / inclusion:

For up to four years of PhD study, the scholarship provides full tuition reimbursement, a monthly stipend, relocation assistance, and travel funding.

Note: Foreign students starting their studies in Singapore make up the majority of SINGA's target population. Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, and foreign students enrolling in or previously attending higher education institutions in Singapore are not eligible.
