REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY 

You must be a national of one of the ADB's member nations. 
an exceptional academic record and a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. 
You must have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience at the time of application (following a university degree). 
You must be no older than 35 at the time of application. The maximum age for programs suitable for senior officials and managers is 45 years old in extraordinary circumstances.
Nationals of an ADB borrowing member nation who have been accepted into an authorized master's A program at a specified institution are eligible to participate in the program. 
 Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, be in good health, have a stellar academic record, and not be older than 35. 
 After completing studies under the program, the candidate should consent to return home to support the growth of his or her nation.
When the program is over, accept the invitation to go back home. 
A bachelor's degree from an approved university that is comparable to the University of Tokyo's bachelor's degree is required for admission to master's programs.
